Aspen Science Center Interships

GVHS students and families,

Join the Aspen Science Center this summer as a PAID Intern Educator! This paid position offers current high school and college-age students in the greater Roaring Fork Valley, from Aspen to Parachute, an opportunity to gain valuable work experience with a local STEM-oriented non-profit. As an Intern Educator with the ASC, you will help teach hands-on science and engineering activities for local area youth, families, and adults. You will work closely with ASC Educators and other staff, usually as part of a team, to plan and deliver a variety of programs ranging from week-long STEM day camps, hour-long library programs, interactive booths at local community markets, and more! In addition, you will be paired with an ASC Intern Mentor, who will help you identify your goals for the summer internship, and work with you regularly to help you track and make progress on your goals.
